Playtime is always FREE!

For all of our boarded dogs, playtime will always be free! We consider playtime to be a basic right. Amounts of playtime (or outdoor time) will vary based on each individual dog, their fitness level, age, and other factors.

Being outside and having exposure to natural sunlight is crucial. It is also a vital aspect of sanitation. Dogs need to be able to go potty on natural grass in order to decrease the risk of infection. Our indoor turf area can be used for playtime, while our outdoor yard will be used for playtime and to go potty.

Our indoor play yard will have layers of sand and stone underneath it, while the turf itself is made of longer fibers that replicates real grass. The space will be 3,000 square feet of continuous space. Most facilities have a few millimeters of thin turf sitting directly on top of concrete and this is AWFUL for long term joint health!

Each of our cabins will each be wrapped with added sound proofing insulation.  When you go to visit or tour most facilities, there is constant noise and barking. By having smaller cabins and noise insulation, you can create a much more peaceful environment. Your dog should be able to rest during the day and sleep peacefully at night without being constantly disturbed by noise.

If your dog is afraid of fireworks, please inquire about staying overnight on the 4th of July. This is something that needs to be booked several months in advance.

We want to be competitively priced so that we give as many pups as possible the chance to come have fun and stay with us. Because of our reliable staff, lower turnover rate, and design efficiency of our facility, we are able to keep costs lower than our competition, and will always continue to do so.

Our facility layout allows us to disinfect on a microscopic level without ever using harsh chemicals! The cleaning solutions that we do use are approved for use in veterinary clinics and are pet friendly. 

Your dog should not have to share a bed and water bowls during daycare. There will always be scheduled plays times and rest times. But your dog will always have a private space to relax and recharge before their next playtime! Each dog who visits us will always have their own Kuranda dog bed and their own space that is solely theirs during the entire duration of their stay.

We have operated on a referral basis for years now. This has allowed us to ensure a safe onboarding process. If you do not have a referral, please contact us to discuss your options and we will also explain how the onboarding process will unfold.

When we moved to our new location, 85% of our clients would drive 45 minutes or more to have their pups board with us. That number is currently still over 35% as of August 1, 2023. When you leave your furry loved one to play for the day, or even for a couple weeks, you need to know that the people in charge are going to be there to personally ensure your pups safety and happiness. As owners, we are involved with our operations 365 days a year. That level of commitment is what ensures that we are consistently able to deliver results that our clients have come to expect.

Every person doesn't learn the same way, or play the same sports, or have the same hobbies. Dogs are no different. If your dog needs a personalized plan during their stay, we will do our best to accommodate every request that we can. For daycare clients, if you would like us to have private playtime, please inquire and we will do everything we can to accommodate your special request.

We have built our business in accordance with these values and have continued to grow steadily, simply on a referral basis.
