Please read all of these instructions. When done reading, reach out to us with any questions before you get started. Otherwise, follow these steps entirely:

1) Download the app and create an individual account

2) Create your pet profiles for your pet(s). Vaccine images must be uploaded along with expiration dates entered into the pet profiles. This is a mandatory requirement.

3) From the main screen, tap on search businesses, you will see The Berkley Creek Pet Retreat. Tap on "View Profile", and then tap on "Send Client Request". All requests will be accepted within under 24 hours.

4) Once the client request is approved, and assuming that your pet profiles have been created in their entirety, you can then tap on "Book Services", then "Daycare" (or Boarding)  and begin making bookings as needed!

If you have any questions related to signing up and starting to use the app, please don't hesitate to ask our staff whenever you pick up your dog from Daycare in the evening. Additionally, you can contact us at 412-559-4547 and we will answer your questions accordingly.
