steps for making a boarding or daycare reservation

- Make 2 reservations in the same day or 2 drop off appointments or 2 pick up appointments. Any duplication will result in the system auto-canceling both of them. If your plans change, then please login to your account and reschedule your appointment. You can go this by going into "my bookings" and clicking RESCHEDULE. If you double book anything in the same day, the system will auto-cancel both reservations and you will need to start over.

- Show up without an appointment. We have these procedures in place to ensure that we can make a schedule every day for the dogs who are starting here, which extends beyond your dog(s). It includes all dogs who are our guests.

- Consistently ignore our policies. Hotels have check in and check out times. Planes have departure times. Restaurants have reservations. If you are able to plan the rest of your vacation accordingly, then please respect our policies and plan accordingly for your drop off and pick up times. Consistently ignoring our rules will simply result in not being permitted to utilize our services in the future. We understand that, for some, this may be an inconvenient method of planning a trip, If that is the case, we understand that our method of conducting business does not suit everyone.
